Zima provides secure, private AI infrastructure built on hardware-level security. These terms govern your use of our platform.
By accessing or using Zima's services at zima.chat, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Zima Chat Inc. provides a pay-as-you-go AI model API platform with hardware-encrypted inference.
Our infrastructure uses Trusted Execution Environments (TEEs) — including Intel TDX and NVIDIA Confidential Computing —
to ensure your data is processed securely and never stored or accessed by any party, including Zima.
Our services include:
• AI model API access via a standard REST interface
• A private chat interface
• Transparent, real-time pricing
• Optional email and SMS notifications for pricing changes
Zima operates under these non-negotiable principles:
• Your requests are never stored — not by Zima, not by the cloud provider, not by anyone.
• Your usage is always clear — transparent pricing with no hidden costs.
• Your data is in your control — hardware-level security enforced by the processor, not by policy.
• Your trust is never treated as a tradeoff.
By opting in to SMS notifications through your account settings, you agree to:
• Receive automated SMS messages from Zima Chat Inc. about AI model pricing changes.
• Message frequency varies based on pricing changes in the AI model market.
• Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.
• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS or disabling notifications in settings.
• Opting in to SMS is not a requirement to use Zima's core services.
You are responsible for:
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials.
• All activity and usage that occurs under your account.
• Ensuring your contact information is accurate.
• Complying with all applicable laws in your use of our services.
Zima operates on a pay-as-you-go basis with no hidden fees:
• You are charged based on actual API usage (input and output tokens per model).
• Current pricing is always visible at zima.chat.
• When AI providers change their pricing, Zima updates its rates accordingly.
• Subscribed users are notified of pricing changes via their preferred notification method.
You agree not to:
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Attempt to breach or circumvent the hardware security of our TEE infrastructure.
• Resell or redistribute API access without written authorization.
• Use our services to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
Zima and its licensors own all rights to the Zima platform, infrastructure, and branding.
You retain ownership of any content you submit through our services.
As stated in our core principles, your request content is never stored or accessed by Zima.
Zima Chat Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us
in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
